Job Summary

A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Digital Credit Cards Customer Experience Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing customer centric digital strategies and concepts
  • Translating business priorities, objective, and needs into digital customer experience opportunities
  • Leading development of presentations as necessary

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Consumer Credit Card experience within digital customer experience or digital marketing
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, nuance, and rapidly shifting priorities; lead without direction
  • Ability to negotiate and influence in a positive, constructive manner, leading to improved outcomes and agreements
  • Strong relationship, communication and collaboration experience with peers and partners at senior manager levels
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
