Job Summary
A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Digital Credit Cards Customer Experience Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing customer centric digital strategies and concepts
- Translating business priorities, objective, and needs into digital customer experience opportunities
- Leading development of presentations as necessary
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Consumer Credit Card experience within digital customer experience or digital marketing
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, nuance, and rapidly shifting priorities; lead without direction
- Ability to negotiate and influence in a positive, constructive manner, leading to improved outcomes and agreements
- Strong relationship, communication and collaboration experience with peers and partners at senior manager levels
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
