Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Digital Experience Customer Success Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Applying experience in B2B SaaS across all customer segments
  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing Customer Success leaders and their respective teams
  • Driving Customer Success outcomes including improved platform adoption

Required Skills:

  • Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Can define the business value of the Customer Success organization to internal stakeholders
  • Able to introducing and operationalizing a set of trusted KPIs
  • Can lead a best-in-class global Customer Success organization
