Job Summary
A nonprofit advocacy group has an open position for a Telecommute Digital Growth Strategist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and owning growth strategy / goals and work across team to execute
- Being the brain on growth and helping to make the most of biggest campaign moments
- Developing, conceptualizing, writing, and composing images, headlines, emails, actions, and any other related materials
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Rare mix of creativity and analytical thinking, developing innovative engagement tactics with a focus on the key metrics and analytics
- Proven ability to both work independently but also to get others to do what is needed to further your goals / not get stymied
- Deep understanding of growth strategies
- Savvy with CRMs and CMS’ generally, and ability to figure out our systems specifically
- Writing for a large audience including email and social media
