Job Summary

A health technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Digital Health Coach in Frankfort.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Guiding participants through our 16-week online program
• Listening openly to participants' challenges and guiding them toward healthy choices
• Using data science to inform outreach methods during moments that matter

Required Skills:

• Some travel will be required for quarterly in-person team meetings
• Must possess an active Diabetes Educator license through the Kentucky Board of Licensed Diabetes Educators
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
