Job Summary

A national nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Digital Learning and Instructional Design Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead the Teaching and Learning Team in leveraging digital platforms
  • Design and create digital educational materials and experiences
  • Guide the development and integration of instructional technology into learning experiences

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor’s in Instructional/Learning Design or related field and at least 3 years of teaching experience
  • 2+ years of proven experience using a content authoring tool
  • Apply original thinking to your work to improve processes, methods, systems and services
  • Well versed in leveraging digital learning platform(s) to support the development of learning activities
  • Know how to adapt and integrate instructional and learning technology to create personalized learning experiences
