Job Summary
A digital agency providing clients with e-commerce marketing and advertising services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring a seamless and top notch customer experience while helping our clients achieve and exceed their goals
- Onboarding clients and reviewing the account setup
- Educating clients, addressing questions and providing valuable insights and recommendations on product and data usage
Qualifications Include:
- Previous customer success experience in ecomm
- Experience with customer success in a SaaS environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and savvy technical understanding
- Ability to embrace change and adopt to new responsibilities
