Job Summary

A digital agency providing clients with e-commerce marketing and advertising services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring a seamless and top notch customer experience while helping our clients achieve and exceed their goals
  • Onboarding clients and reviewing the account setup
  • Educating clients, addressing questions and providing valuable insights and recommendations on product and data usage

Qualifications Include:

  • Previous customer success experience in ecomm
  • Experience with customer success in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and savvy technical understanding
  • Ability to embrace change and adopt to new responsibilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
