An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Digital Marketing Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage, lead, and continue to build a team and long-term roadmap
• Develop, execute, and measure performance marketing roadmaps
• Manage a budget and maximize ROI on marketing spend

Position Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience
• Experience managing and leading marketing teams to achieve audacious goals
• Significant hands-on experience in executing a digital marketing strategy
• Experience effectively scaling a monthly budget of at least $200K
• Experience recruiting, managing, and retaining high-performing marketing teams
