Job Summary
A fundraising and marketing agency is seeking a Telecommute Digital Marketing Intelligence Data Conversions Update Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring all conversions, updates and data entry are done correctly in a timely manner according to the production schedules
- Communicating and following up clearly to the client, cager, supervisors and CSRs all update or conversion questions and file statuses
- Providing quality service and support to both our clients and the customer service department
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to help maintain documentation portals
- Ability to create and maintain checklists, documentation, distribution lists, etc., related to Conversion, Updates and Data Entry tasks
- Ability to updates, verify the quantity and date range of all records and transactions to be updated
- Ability to provide quality service and support to both our clients and the customer service department
- Ability to communicate and follow-up clearly to the client, cager, supervisors and CSRs all update or conversion questions and file statuses
