Job Summary
A digital marketing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Digital Marketing Sales Director in Nashville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing multiple teams of SDR’s and AE’s via a Manager and Team Lead structure operating in an inside sales and lead gen environment
- Driving results, achieving revenue targets according to company goals/sales conversion metrics & monthly or annual sales goals
- Being a subject matter expert in your domain, constantly reviewing the market to determine customer’s changing needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BAS degree is required
- 5+ years of inside and/or field sales experience, preferably within fast-growing SaaS and/or outsourced sales-based model
- 3+ years experience in leading Inside SDR/AE sales teams working closely with Marketing to execute the sales portion of sales, lead gen and GTM strategy
- Experience working using a CRM for prospecting, forecasting and reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
