Job Summary
A financial institution is filling a position for a Telecommute Digital Portfolio Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and executing holistic frontline employee and customer facing engagement strategies
- Leading cross-functionally across Consumer and Business Banking, technology, marketing, and contact center teams
- Supporting an environment that motivates and promotes high engagement and collaboration to achieve objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
- Proven ability to develop a comprehensive digital vision and strategic plan, and support execution rigor to deliver results
- Ability to set ambitious, tangible and measurable targets to drive execution towards digital excellence
- Outstanding ability to build relationships and use influence effectively across a variety of constituencies
- Ability to analyze data and key metrics from multiple data sources to develop short-term and long-term optimization strategies
