Job Summary

A digital and print media company has an open position for a Telecommute Digital Print Media Subscription Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

• Create PoC’s, iterating quickly, and empower our stakeholders to run experiments
• Perform code reviews with helpful and meaningful feedback for our teammates
• Research, document, note trade-offs and recommend potential solutions around future product features

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years managing teams of 4+ engineers
• Experienced in managing a complex set of stakeholders
• Strong proven track record
• Well versed in the complexities and soft skills required in managing many engineers at once
• Versed in end to end software development life cycles and Agile team processes
• Ability to have difficult conversations when necessary
