Job Summary

A full-service tax preparation company has a current position open for a Telecommute Digital Product and Experience Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Identify customer needs for digital tax preparation products and develop a compelling proposition and experience
  • Design the customer experience across the digital tax preparation experience
  • Drive digital product changes to improve outcomes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience building digital products
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer experience focused role
  • Demonstrated ability to put yourself in customers’ shoes
  • Able to operate at a strategic level as well as ability to drill down to the details
