Job Summary
A provider of engineering software solutions has an open position for a Telecommute Digital Sales and CRM Transformation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of business system SFDC administrators, Apptus, and User Experience/UI Leads
- Lead the standardization and improvements to Master Data
- Provide end-user support and assist users with proactive best practices
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel will be required to visit internal stakeholders and offices globally
- Minimum of 8 years related experience required – at a senior administrator level
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related technical field experience
- 5+ years experience in Salesforce.com Administration Salesforce Certified Administrator mandatory
- 5+ years experience leading business systems implementation and managing business operations using KPI
- Experience with Einstein Analytics and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
