Job Summary
A customer engagement company is in need of a Telecommute Digital Segment Controller.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly and quarterly close process for a multi-national digital technology company
- Assist with M&A due diligence and purchase accounting activities for domestic and international entities
- Design and implement multi-dimensional reporting framework for USGAAP and local jurisdictional statutory ledger
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum bachelor degree in accounting or similar educational certification
- Minimum 14 years of relevant experience
- Strong U.S. GAAP experience and understanding, especially in the areas of ASC 606, multi-element contracts with SSP
- Progressive career experience and demonstrated team leadership over an accounting organization
- Experience with Large /Medium size international public company close processes
- Experience with large ERP systems and cloud-based accounting software and new systems implementations will be considered
