Job Summary
A digital transformation solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Digital Transformation People Operations Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Ensure that all employees have a great experience from onboarding to exit
- Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years’ experience working on an HR or People Operations team
- Positive attitude and a curious, self-directed passion for learning
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with expert organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to lead projects, define goals, set milestones, and follow through on deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
