A consulting and education company has an open position for a Telecommute Digital Workforce Experience Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing wireframes and prototypes
- Building future-state journey maps
- Building out and refining tools
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel 15-20%
- Design experience, either customer-facing or internal to an organization
- Interest in HR and digital workforce experience design
- Ability to find creative ways to solve UX and knowledge management problems
- Ability to participate with company consultants in customer research
