Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Direct Lending Sales Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by managing and developing a team of Loan Officers
  • Work cross functionally and partner with other business leaders to drive efficiency and production
  • Develop and improve overall processes including sales strategy, phone systems, and lead generation systems

Qualifications Include:

  • MLO license required, multi state preferred
  • High school diploma, GED or military equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience managing, leading and developing a team of loan officers
  • Leadership experience with loan officers in a call center environment
  • Successful, proven track record of managing team sales production
  • Successful, proven track record of exceeding production goals
