Job Summary
A life insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Direct to Consumer Distribution Management Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and/or participating in the identification and implementation of new DTC channel partnerships
- Managing national DTC distribution partnerships for optimal performance
- Coordinating all activities associated with the adherence to guidelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 20% travel to various conferences and meetings with partners
- Bachelor’s Degree or business equivalent
- 5-10 years people and distribution management experience and successes
- Business development experience
- Large scale implementation including distribution partner development and channel management
- DTC experience or relevant exposure to individual and/or direct consumer business
