Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Director General Management and Quality Contract Strategy Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define the overall stars strategy for the contract
- Ensure alignment amongst local health plan leadership and field operations
- Drive accountability with national shared service partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or credible experience in health-related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare business/population health management
- 3+ years of experience with the Medicare Stars quality bonus program
- Advanced level of data analysis skill using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
