Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Director of Client Operations.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the management of up to 15 remote centers within a geographic region
  • Managing the relationship of up to 10 clients
  • Managing supervisors within a geographic region

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel 20%- 50%
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills
