Job Summary
Leading global hospitality company is in need of a Telecommute Director of Sales Learning.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership of the Learning and Development team
- Utilize learning and development expertise to guide and influence decisions made on training developed for Team Members at all levels of the organization
- Build effective, collaborative relationships with clients to provide excellent service delivery
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Corporate Learning and Development organization with a background in Sales
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Learning and Development theory, instructional design and learning delivery via in-person and virtual methods
- Ability to travel at least 40-50% of the time
