Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Disaster Program Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the implementation of the disaster services program
- Facilitating and supporting the development and implementation of strategies
- Analyzing opportunities for improved program services
Position Requirements Include:
- May involve travel
- Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with social services or service/program delivery
- Ability to coordinate staff and volunteer activities
