A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Disease Management Clinician in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Actively participating in any DM/CM team meeting
- Identifying and resolving potential personnel/peer problems and issues
- Creating and supporting a positive and supportive working environment
Position Requirements Include:
- Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LCSW) with a current, unrestricted license
- Bachelors (or higher) degree in a health
- Must be an RN – Compact State License
- Must have Disease Management experience
- Must have managed care experience
- Thorough knowledge of Disease Management or Case Management functions
