Job Summary
A provider sponsored health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Disenrollment Consultant Social Worker.
Must be able to:
- Act as a member advocate and liaison
- Develop a comprehensive care plan for each member
- Provide education and support to members and their families
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Relevant work experience preferably as a Care Manager
- LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, licensed psychologist (any state)
- Knowledge and experience with the current community health practices
- Experience managing member information in a shared network environment
- Proficient with simultaneously navigating the Internet and multi-tasking
