Job Summary

A hardware technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Dispatch Scheduling Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for Field Experts
  • Handling customer communication regarding scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Maintaining and adjusting the schedule of installations and service visits

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years prior experience working as a dispatcher managing a field team
  • Must be extremely process oriented and love using your organizing skills
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt to new duties
  • Must have great judgment and an ability to work independently
  • Must have an extraordinary ability to multitask
  • Must have excellent communication skills
