Job Summary
A logistics company is in need of a Telecommute Dispatcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating order assignment and oversight through our proprietary online dispatch system
- Providing direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers and customer service representatives
- Dispatching delivery in assigned markets with maximum efficiency given driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Google Office Suite knowledge
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- True passion for logistics and the execution of rigorous business practices
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to master new software technologies and eagerness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions
- Demonstrated ability to work from home
