Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Dispute Resolution Claims Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Work with attorneys and public adjusters in pre-litigation cases to resolve disputes
  • Support appraisers throughout the appraisal process in accordance with organizational best practice
  • Provide draft responses to the management of any CRN/DTPA notices received

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proven working experience with at least 10 years in the P&C homeowner claims sector
  • At least three years of experience with Florida and Texas homeowner property claims
  • Be well-versed in the and outs of insurance contracts, and disputes
  • Have a solid technical background and hands-on experience with damage estimating
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and an uncanny ability to skillfully juggle a variety of tasks at once
