Job Summary

An actuarial services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Distribution Specialist III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting participants, clients, and/or financial advisors with distribution and loan issues/inquiries
• Preparing distribution and loan packages from start to finish, including vesting verifications
• Updating account managers, management, and plan sponsors as necessary on requests and progress

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge or ability to quickly grasp concepts of reading, reviewing and understanding plan documents
• Bachelor's degree
• Skill to use a personal computer and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memorandum, minutes and reports
• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems and record keeping
