A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute District Performance Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and correcting audit compliance issues
- Improving and maintaining good audit performance within assigned stores
- Training store employees on correct procedures to manage inventory, store appearance and other
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to conduct weekly store visits and side-by-side training/coaching
- Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post HS
- Two years experience in a retail store environment
