Job Summary

A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute District Performance Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying and correcting audit compliance issues
  • Improving and maintaining good audit performance within assigned stores
  • Training store employees on correct procedures to manage inventory, store appearance and other

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Able to conduct weekly store visits and side-by-side training/coaching
  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post HS
  • Two years experience in a retail store environment
