Job Summary
A container manufacturing company is seeking a Telecommute District Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining required standards of performance of all personnel in the district
- Effectively servicing customers in negotiating and designing sales plans throughout the district
- Developing salespeople who are interested and skilled to reach advanced positions within the company
Qualifications for this position include:
- This position requires 2 to 3 nights of travel per month, trips to Regional Trade Shows, Region Meetings, the Global Sales Meeting and training at company locations
- A Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience
- At least 2 years of personnel management experience, must be within the last 2 years
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
