Job Summary

A plastic container company has an open position for a Telecommute District Sales Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Train and develop salespeople in a positive business atmosphere
  • Establish plans and schedules for developing all employees and to grow sales in the district
  • Maintain required standards of performance of all personnel in the district

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2 to 3 nights of travel per month
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of outside sales experience
  • At least 2 years of personnel management experience within the last 2 years
  • A home office work area
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
