Job Summary
An manufacturer supplies manufacturer has a current position open for a Telecommute District Sales Manager in Hartford.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and conducting instructional sessions with sales trainees and all field sales reps
- Providing a monthly and quarterly report to the Regional VP on the key elements of the district
- Conducting performance appraisal reviews annually for Territory Managers within the District
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Moderate overnight travel is required
- 5-7 years of relevant industry sales and management experience
- Strong understanding of the Electrcial Distribution Channel
- Requires outstanding leadership, coaching, problem solving and motivational skills
