Job Summary
An electronics company is filling a position for a Telecommute District Service Manager in Los Angeles.
Must be able to:
- Lead, develop, and manage the performance of Service Technicians
- Manage the technician's pending repair case load
- Prepare individual technician development plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and to travel up to 40%
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years supervisory experience with progressively increased responsibilities in a customer or field service organization
- Ability to set clear expectations and deliver performance feedback
- Enhanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
