Job Summary

An electronics company is filling a position for a Telecommute District Service Manager in Los Angeles.

Must be able to:

  • Lead, develop, and manage the performance of Service Technicians
  • Manage the technician's pending repair case load
  • Prepare individual technician development plans

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and to travel up to 40%
  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years supervisory experience with progressively increased responsibilities in a customer or field service organization
  • Ability to set clear expectations and deliver performance feedback
  • Enhanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
