A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Diversity and Inclusion Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Undertaking conversations around racism and discrimination
- Conducting a situational analysis of Company's culture
- Presenting a roadmap with recommendations on actions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Masters required in a related discipline
- 10+ years of professional experience in facilitating sessions related to Racism, Diversity, etc
- In-depth and recent knowledge of race and anti-racism work
- Experience working with international organizations required
- Coaching experience, training and practice in mindfulness and wellbeing
- A track record of effectively disseminating sustainable practices that address racism
