Telecommute Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager

Job Summary

A management consulting agency is seeking a Telecommute Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage projects and support programs that capitalize on client’s workforce, workplace, and marketplace culture
• Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into a sustainable culture, diversity and inclusion strategy
• Serve as subject matter expert and liaison to clients in developing strategic plans

Required Skills:

• Must be able to travel to client sites and other work related locations as required, estimated at 20%
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 5 to 7 years professional experience in roles that required managing projects, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and evaluation
• Demonstrated understanding of culture, diversity and inclusion practices, challenges, and resources
• Able to exercise sound judgment, ask questions and be open to the input and decisions of others
