Job Summary
A company in the science industry is seeking a Telecommute Divisional Customer Experience Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Guide divisions on global CX efforts, providing support as needed for regional or local adaptation
- Stay abreast of emerging trends
- Identify and work with key internal stakeholders on capabilities needed to improve customer experiences
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel as required (maximum 30%)
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 12 years' experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications or a Business related field OR an MBA with at least 8 years' relevant experience
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience
- Proven track record in creating customer experience (CX) strategies in both B2B and B2C
- Strong understanding of the relevant vendor landscape and associated technologies
