Job Summary

A patent and trademark services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Docketing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring, docketing, auditing and communicating IP activity and critical deadlines for key clients
  • Managing client communications and the integrity of electronic case records
  • Completing other tasks such as filing as instructed by the Team Lead or Management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor of Art or Science Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
  • Experience with Docketing Systems, such as CPI, Anaqua
  • Experience with US and foreign docketing
  • Experience with monitoring docketing databases
  • Experience with preparing and filing IP documents
  • Experience with managing client communications and the integrity of electronic case records
