Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute DOCSIS Fulfillment and Security Specialist in Houston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Testing of backend services(APIs) built to support mobile applications
  • Performing mobile test activities
  • Reporting status to QA Lead

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Monthly travel to Columbia
  • Extensive experience using Python and shell scripting for administration, monitoring and automation
  • Mmust be able to diagnose and correct complex IP routing or RF signaling issues in a live CATV network
  • 8+ years minimum experience in networking
  • 3 - 5+ Years DOCSIS / RF experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
