Job Summary
A healthcare staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Document Management Associate Director.
Must be able to:
- Maximize department productivity to exceed AC budget goals
- Manage employee performance, and conduct periodic performance evaluations for direct reports
- Ensure staff are meeting defined workload and quality metrics through regular review and reporting of findings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel, as required, up to 20%
- Exceptional leadership skills and proven industry experience
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in a health-care or scientific discipline
- 6 years of industry experience working with clinical trial documentation
- 4 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity
