Job Summary

A healthcare staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Document Management Associate Director.

Must be able to:

  • Maximize department productivity to exceed AC budget goals
  • Manage employee performance, and conduct periodic performance evaluations for direct reports
  • Ensure staff are meeting defined workload and quality metrics through regular review and reporting of findings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel, as required, up to 20%
  • Exceptional leadership skills and proven industry experience
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-care or scientific discipline
  • 6 years of industry experience working with clinical trial documentation
  • 4 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity
