Telecommute Documentation and Compliance Associate

Job Summary

A bank and national mortgage originator is in need of a Telecommute Documentation and Compliance Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Draft mortgage warehouse lending contracts and other legal documents
• Compare and review mortgage warehouse lending documents to approved terms for accuracy and complete execution
• Scan and upload executed documentation and support material

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience as a legal assistant and/or with commercial loan documentation experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems and prevent customer dissatisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to follow company policies, guidelines and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
