Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm is in need of a Telecommute Documentation Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working closely with the development team to elucidate the requirements
  • Enabling constructive discussions
  • Working closely with Dev, architecture and Design teams to define the GUI view and platform requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare payer space domain
  • Must have a prior experience in implementing/maintenance of commercial payer solution
  • Must have good experience with claims processing concepts
  • Must adhere to the processes for requirement solicitation, documentation and hand off
