Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Donor Development Director in Bethesda.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting key donors and donor prospects, build long-term relationships
- Managing a portfolio of donors at various stages of the fundraising cycle
- Managing internal resources and outsourced staff in the donor development department
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel at least 20 percent of time
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in donor development
- Bachelor's Degree
- Possess a strong record of cultivating donors through multiple channels and securing major gifts
- Experience in developing donor-centric cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
