Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Donor Recruitment Account Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective strategies to recruit, retain and manage sponsor organizations
- Identify areas for market expansion in an assigned territory
- Recommend overall sponsor recruitment plans and project plans for short-term and long-term goal achievement
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have a current, valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or communications (or equivalent combination of related education and experience)
- A minimum of one year of related experience
- Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques and negotiation skills
- The ability to effectively implement programs
