A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Drayage Operations Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Entering shipments into the platform and scheduling appointment
- Updating internal and external portals with shipment details as needed
- Checking the progress of each load and communicating updates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1+ years’ applicable experience in drayage and/or LTL
- Ability to negotiate pricing for drayage shipments
- Ability to establish relationships with drayage carriers throughout North America
- Well-versed communicator with proficient technical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, and stay organized in a fast paced environment
