A marketing services company is seeking a Telecommute Driver Recruiter Services in Tuscaloosa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with managers at client level to understand current staffing needs
• Possessing expert knowledge of each carrier/client for recruiting candidates
• Scheduling and confirming applicants for orientation

Qualifications Include:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional knowledge of internet applicant data mining and ability to make outbound cold calls
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Six months experience in Transportation, preferably in Recruiting, Operations or Sales
