Job Summary
A motor manufacturer is seeking a Telecommute Drives and Motors Technology Solutions Area Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting daily sales appointments to existing and prospective customers
- Preparing monthly sales forecast and target account pipeline updates for assigned accounts
- Developing and maintaining a sales plan for assigned territory and accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel approximately 50%
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Four year technical or engineering degree (BSEE, BSE, BSEET, BSME, BSMET preferred) OR 5 additional years of experience selling drives or motion control 5 years of experience selling drives or motion control
- Previous experience working with and ability to manage distribution
- Previous experience selling automation solutions
