Job Summary
A motor manufacturer has a current position open for a Telecommute Drives and Motors Technology Solutions Area Sales Manager in Northern California.
Must be able to:
- Conduct daily sales appointments to existing and prospective customers
- Develop and maintain a sales plan for assigned territory and accounts
- Prepare monthly sales forecast and target account pipeline updates for assigned accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel approximately 50%
- Four year technical or engineering degree (BSEE, BSE, BSEET, BSME, BSMET preferred) OR 5 additional years of experience selling drives or motion control
- 5 years of experience selling drives or motion control
- Previous experience working with and ability to manage distribution
- Previous experience selling automation solutions
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
