Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Due Diligence Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Mentor team members providing feedback, guidance, and training based on needs
• Resolve issues on the loan file including compliance, credit, and collateral issues
• Handle escalation matters from lines of business and other internal parties as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum of 10 years of mortgage operations experience
• Extensive knowledge of TRID requirements
• Experience with Encompass
• Possesses current knowledge of lending compliance, including both state and federal regulations
• Experience with all credit-related and closing documentation
