Job Summary

A health and dental insurance provider is in need of a Telecommute EAP Clinical Counselor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide telephone triage, crisis intervention and related services
• Assess members immediate clinical needs and utilizes appropriate clinical tools
• Engage members and provides immediate support and assists with coping skills

Qualifications for this position include:

• Percent of Travel Required 0 - 10%
• One of the following licenses is required: LPC, LMFT or LCSW
• Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavioral change
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• Strong computer and literacy skills
