Job Summary

A major healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute EAP Coordinator in Eden Prairie.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing counseling telephonically or onsite
• Performing assessments and triage, short-term problem resolution, and referrals

Qualifications Include:

• This will become a telecommuter position after 2-3 months of in-office training
• Two years post - degree experience in counseling, or a CEAP designation
• Bachelor's in Public Health, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Education
• Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations
• Previous experience in a Mental Health related field
• Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, conduct data entry
• Experience with Word, Outlook or other calendaring programs
